Evolution of IWJ Law

In the mid-1990’s IWJ’s founders left their respective large law firms and came together to create a new type of law firm – one committed practicing law through a business lens and where a standard of excellence combined with efficiency created value for the firm’s clients.  Irwin, White & Jennings was one of the first firms to work with Venture Capital Funds in making early stage investments and was pivotal in setting the precedent for how those deals would be done in Western Canada.

Today, the lawyers and staff which form IWJ Law remain committed to the firm’s founding principles.  Together we strive to use our collective experience in business and investment law to provide individual, client focused strategy and to deliver real value for our clients.
